Since we started back in 2015, we have always offered a fixed fee model that is paid over five instalments. Our clients love this as it allows them to manage cashflow, and why should your fee increase if you have to pay the candidate more money...it just doesn't make sense!
We do have a standard fee structure, but we prefer to sit down with founders to determine the exact needs, funding stage, and volumes, we can then have an open conversation about what works for you.
